Olivia Wilde, Harry Styles arrive in Venice as ‘DWD’ drama continues

Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles were photographed arriving at the 79th Venice Film Festival over the weekend amid the “Don't Worry Darling” drama.
Olivia Wilde certainly doesn’t look worried, darling. The director was seen smiling while touching down in Italy for the upcoming premiere of her new movie,
“Don’t Worry Darling,” at the Venice Film Festival – despite the ongoing drama that’s been making headlines for weeks.
Her boyfriend Harry Styles — who stars opposite Florence Pugh in the psycho-thriller — was also photographed on Sunday, though it appears they arrived separately.
Wilde, 38, stunned in a cream blazer and matching trousers, which she tucked into a pair of black cowboy boots.
She completed the look with a pair of dark shades and her highlighted tresses styled in loose waves
Meanwhile, Styles, 28, looked chic in a purple Gucci blazer, green sweater vest and light wash blue jeans.
The former One Direction heartthrob is accessorized with white sneakers, oversized brown shades, and three animal print bags.
The “Golden” singer looked dapper while arriving in Italy over the weekend.
The film’s leading lady, 26-year-old Pugh, arrived on a private jet ahead of Monday’s red carpet.
However, she will reportedly skip the press conference. Reps for the festival told Variety she will join Wilde, Styles, Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, Kiki Layne, and Nick Kroll at the premiere, but won’t be taking part in any interviews with them.
The event comes a week after a video emerged of Wilde referring to Pugh as “Miss Flo” while asking Shia LaBeouf – whom she originally cast in Styles’ role – to come back to the movie.
“I think this might be a bit of a wake-up call for Miss Flo, and I want to know if you’re open to giving this a shot with me, with us,”
she said in the leaked video, hinting at a disagreement between the embattled actor and the film’s lead actress.
Styles stars opposite Florence Pugh in the film. “Firing me never took place, Olivia,” LaBeouf alleged in a statement to Variety.
“And while I fully understand the attractiveness of pushing that story because of the current social landscape, the social currency that brings.
Pugh has yet to publicly address the latest drama involving LaBeouf and the film, which hits theaters on Sept. 23.
